Collection of organizational information

The primary objective of Acculytic is to provide their clients “web-based transaction analysis tools”.  These tools are delivered over the web and created using client information provided to us.  Transaction data and vendor information is not shared with other clients.  All clients have access to their data only.  All information is confidential.  If a client so desires, a separate and distinct confidentiality agreement can be executed with Acculytic.  Please email info@acculytic.com for more information.

Non-personally identifiable information

Information about your computer hardware and software may be collected by Acculytic.  This information may include your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses.  This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Acculytic website.

Acculytic may share non-personally identifiable data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analyses, send you email or postal mail, or provide customer support.  All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide services to Acculytic, and they are required to maintain confidentiality of your information.

Personally identifiable information

In general, you can visit the Acculytic web site without providing personally identifiable Information. It is Acculytic's goal to collect as little Personally Identifiable Information as possible; however there may be some occasions where it may be collected. For example:

When you register to access Acculytic sample reports, we will request your Name, Email address, Company name, and phone number (“Registration Details”).  An activation email will be sent to the e-mail address provided to confirm its validity and to ensure that it was not accidentally mistyped.  There is a grace period of 7 days to complete this process. Should a valid email account not be provided in that time, all information collected will be promptly removed from Acculytic’s servers and the account deleted.

When you subscribe to a paid version of Acculytic Software, we  will request your name, company name, company address, billing address (if different), email address, and contact number.     This information is associated with your Registration Details in a database and will be kept for future purchases.

Accuyltic may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of product updates or new services available from Acculytic.  Acculytic may also contact you via email to request survey participation.    All surveys are related to current or new services and are used to improve the product and user experience.

Your response to the above requests for information is strictly voluntary: if you do not provide the information we request, you can still visit the informative sections of our website but you may be unable to register or maintain an account with Acculytic.

Acculytic will disclose your personal information without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Acculytic or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights of property of Acculytic; and, (c) act under demanding circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Acculytic, or the public.
